first time using a glass file, no complaints! glass files leave a beautiful polished finish, which can be an issue if you're not painting or varnishing over the part (it'll have shiny patches), so be aware of that. love em! pretty easy to keep clean, too
they also came really quick! didn't have to wait almost at all before cracking into the kit i wanted them for :)
been a warhammer boy for years so any nice pair of nippers like this are gonna feel like a racecar compared to the decade-old reliable chompers i havent felt the need to replace for the softer plastic kits i'm used to. as a newbie to gunpla these have been great! getting used to using them was pretty easy with the guide y'all emailed me and i find i generally don't even need the glass file i also bought, just these nippers. a sharp hobby knife, and some patience. deffo worth the price but take that with a grain of salt cus, again, i'm new to the hobby and don't know much about how nice nippers ought to feel
I didn't think this was going to be anything special, but this kit was super enjoyable, because of the Core Gundam concept - he's such a cute little guy, and who doesn't like a little guy? It was just such a different experience making a small Core in the 1/144 scale that I didn't even bother to build the Uraven armour onto him.
