Gundam Express Australia has an online-only presence. We currently operate out of a warehouse facility with NO shopfront.

We sadly do not offer pickups of any orders from our warehouse.

We also have a live chat feature conveniently located at the bottom left corner of every page. It does have some automatic answers prompted by the type of question asked. However, a real person will be chatting with you not AI. This service is usually monitored from 7 am to 8 pm Monday to Sunday for your convenience. AEST
