Pre-Order

Gundam Express Australia offers customers the opportunity to place pre-orders for P-Bandai model kits and other limited/special edition releases. This is a great opportunity for Gundam lovers to get hold of these highly prized kits first.

GEA will not be holding/carrying stock of any of these P-Bandai and other limited/special edition releases. In other words we order in what is pre-ordered only!

GEA will carry stock of regular released kits but from time to time will offer customers the ability to order and secure a kit that will be highly sort after or a kit a customer just really wants. An example of this is the RG Evangelion release scheduled for March 2020.

All pre-orders must be paid for in full at the time of placing the order. 

The earlier you place your order the more likely you are of receiving your order.

Pre-orders are not refundable under any circumstance.

The only exception being if the production run is cancelled or is so limited you miss out on being allocated a kit. In this instance you we be fully refunded.
