How to Leave a Customised Message with Your Gift Card

Step 1: Selecting Your Gift Card

1. Visit the Gundam Express Australia webstore and navigate to the Gift Card section.
2. Choose the gift card you wish to purchase.
3. Select the value of the gift card and add it to your cart.

Step 2: Customising Your Message

1. Once in your cart, you will see an option to 'Add a Message' to your gift card.
2. Click on this option to open the message editor.
3. Type your personalised message in the space provided. This could be a festive greeting, birthday wish, or any other special note.
4. Preview your message to make sure it appears as you intended.
5. Confirm and save your message.

How to Record, Edit, and Send a Video Message with Your Gift Card.

Step 1: Choosing the Video Message Option

1. After selecting your gift card and adding a text message (if desired), look for the ‘Add a Video Message’ option.
2. Click on this option to proceed.

Step 2: Recording Your Video

1. You will be prompted to record your video message. Ensure your device’s camera and microphone are enabled.
2. Press the ‘Record’ button to start recording your message.
3. Once you have finished your message, press the ‘Stop’ button.

Step 3: Editing Your Video

1. Review your video message. If you are not satisfied, you can choose to re-record it.
2. Some basic editing options may be available, such as trimming the start or end of the video.

Step 4: Attaching Your Video Message

1. Once you are happy with your video, attach it to your gift card by selecting the ‘Attach Video’ or ‘Save’ option.

Step 5: Sending Your Gift Card

1. Proceed to checkout to purchase the gift card.
2. Enter the recipient’s email address where prompted. This is where the gift card, along with your customised text and video message, will be sent.
3. Complete your purchase, and your personalised gift card will be on its way to the recipient!
