Welcome to our new website! Launched in June 2019, we aim to make your online shopping experience both memorable and rewarding.

With over 12 years experience in the Hobby and Toy industry we have seen a lot trends come and go, but there can be no denying that the online shopping phenomenon is here to stay and unfortunately at the demise of bricks and mortar stores. We had personal experience within both segments of the market and it is without question that there are many factors at play for bricks and mortar stores that make it very difficult to stay competitive. All the additional on costs such as inflated rents, wages and other utilities put the bricks and mortar store at a huge disadvantage when competing with just an online presence.

So what does this mean for all our customers who buy from Gundam Express Australia? Well competitive prices for one! We are also able to offer fast shipping and same day dispatch straight out of Brisbane and finally a really great loyalty rewards program.

But some really like to view the item before they buy it, right! Yes this is correct for many people, so we have included where possible detailed descriptions and included multiple images of each product to assist your decision making. We have also included the ability for our customers to write their own reviews on a product they have purchased or previously built.

We will be including as many traditional payment options as possible. We are excited to be able to introduce a self managed lay-by option for those who like to save and pay as they can afford.

We will be constantly looking for ways to keep our customers engaged not only through our website but social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. We will also be attending different local trade fairs and shows, not to mention continuing our sponsorship and involvement in the Gunpla Brisbane Build Group.

Our sense of community has always been very strong and it has always been our aim to give back as much as possible to our local community. We will entice the competitive nature of our customers using build competitions.
