Build Divers Series

"Build Divers" is set in the near future where players use Gunpla models to dive into a virtual universe called "GBN" (Gunpla Battle Nexus). Unlike traditional Gundam series that depict war narratives, "Build Divers" centers on cooperative online gaming, camaraderie, and the love of Gunpla building.

The story follows Riku Mikami, a young Gunpla enthusiast, and his friends. As they form a team named "Build Divers," they navigate challenges and battles within GBN, fostering friendships and rivalries with other Divers.

In GBN, players "dive" into the virtual space with their custom-built Gunpla. Battles vary from one-on-one duels to team-based missions, combining both strategy and Gunpla building skills. The virtual setting allows for creative and fantastical battle scenarios not bound by the physical world.

While many mobile suits in "Build Divers" are unique to characters, they're often customized versions of existing models from various Gundam series. This pays homage to the creativity of Gunpla builders who tweak and modify kits for personalized flair.

"Build Divers" introduces Gundam to a younger audience by emphasizing the fun and community aspect of Gunpla building and battling. While it nods to classic Gundam themes, its approach is more lighthearted and less rooted in the political and wartime narratives common in other series.
