We want to make your Christmas shopping experience as fun and pain free as possible, which is why we have introduced our “No Fuss Christmas Guarantee.” We understand that buying for your Gundam builder can be challenging and often an overwhelming experience. Do they have this kit already? Will they like this kit? We are removing all the obstacles to returning any unwanted or duplicate Gundam kit this Christmas.

Here's how it works! Simply email us at support@gundamexpressaustralia.com or use our online “chat” service to let us know you want to return your Gundam kit. Once we reply, you can at your cost return the item(s) unopened and undamaged in the same packaging it arrived in if possible or a suitable sturdy box. We will then give you a store credit for the full value of the returned item(s). You will need to be registered as a customer (not a guest) with us so we can apply the credit. Please return the item(s) via Australia Post, standard parcel post.

Q. What if the kit returned is damaged by Australia Post?
A. If the returned item is returned in an unsaleable condition, we will contact you to discuss. We suggest you take a few pictures of the item before you send it back to us. 
Q. Do I get any of the postage costs reimbursed?
A. No. Refunding the postage costs is not possible for this offer.
Q. How will I know when the credit has been applied?
A. We will email you with your unique store credit code.
Q Do I need to be registered as a customer with Gundam Express Australia?
A. Yes, you need to be registered to receive your store credit and notify us if you have just set this up
Q. Where do I use my store credit code?
A. In the checkout, the next page after choosing your postage type you will find a discount code box. Copy and paste your code into that space (your code is case sensitive) and the discount amount will be automatically applied before payment is made.
