For a first 30mm Kit, this guy was a blast. Easy to assemble, fun to pose, and even more fun to mess about and make some cool mechs with.
First, the build. Nice and simple, no complaints. The Alto's a pretty well-built fellow, a nice and dense plastic dude. The only slightly complex parts (if you could say that) were the wings, but it's still fairly easy.
The posing is awesome. He can bend in every which way thanks to a generous helping of polycaps and other joints. His chicken legs (landing gear?) let him pose fine, and a little better than his normal boots thanks to the splayed claws. He can stand just fine with his backpack - no back-heavy issues here unlike some other kits.
For equipment, he comes with the parts to turn him into a normal navy alto, his flight pack, and a set of booster legs. These are the 30mm space flight legs colored navy, and he can use them as such. the wings can rotate, fold, and attach to other 3mm ports. he can also attach other guns to the undersides. His railguns on top of the pack come with parts for him to use them as guns too.
All in all, he cuts a mean presence on the shelf - definitely put him on a stand so he can really show you what he's got!
